She runs to support the charity Breast Cancer Now

This is one of the most amazing, inspirational and brave women we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. It’s Louise Bernadette Butcher a member of our running at 40 Plus community.

This photo is of Louise in the Bath Half Marathon. She is a breast cancer survivor, having had a double mastectomy who runs without a top to raise awareness and promote body image positivity. She runs to support the charity Breast Cancer Now.

Louise became an official World Recorder last year for being the first woman to complete the London Marathon without a top having had a double mastectomy. How inspiring and courageous is that? She completed it again this year.

Louise will be running the Antrim Coast Half Marathon this year, again without a top to help raise awareness. We will be there to film and support her as she tirelessly continues to raise awareness. Be sure to give her a shout if you see her…
