The enforcement and eviction procedures must be suspended immediately.
By the strong standpoint of the board of Association – when there are decision-making procedures in progress in the European Court related to foreign currency loans – the legal requirement for the enforcement procedures is the outcome of those affairs.
These procedures are in progress partly about unfair decisions made for consumer in case of foreign currency loans compare to EU directive and information given by creditors about risks and as result the foreign currency loans contracts partly or fully might be invalid and incorrect as the exchange rate risk were unlimitedly passed to debtors. Furthermore the Hungarian State and Hungarian National Bank are biassed in case of foreign currency loans and continously profiteers on Hungarian families.
We call to suspend the enforcement and eviction procedures immediately.
